Frank Stumm, Holiday Park developer, built several attention-grabbing homes on 30th Ave., like this mid-century modern one from 1966. In addition to the "Roundelay" model (round house with round garage), this house is another example as it featured an open-air atrium in the living room. Current owners, Tom and Kathie Angarano, share: “at one point, someone added a hot-tub in the atrium: the hot tub sat on a concrete area. It had a drain in the concrete. Under the wood floor was aqua tile floor.”
